LOLmakers, a Dutch non-profit, empowers today's youth by coaching teenagers and educational institutions to explore and cultivate their passions.
Through developing and experimenting with their own ideas, they learn to create meaningful impact in the world around them.
The challenge? They hadn't quite figured out how to communicate this to the world... yet.

For this project I went to the core of LOLmakers to bring out their strong Brand DNA and translating that into a Brand Identity Styleguide.
The bold and experimental nature of LOLmakers is seen in the bright colors, intriguing visuals, playful composition and font usage that fits with their target audience.

Just a spontaneous shoutout to brand coach Janaki. She has guided the LOLmakers Foundation absolutely well in the process of gaining insight into what characterizes us and how we can present ourselves to the outside world, completely in our own way.
It felt like getting a personal shopper picking out the perfect new jacket for you. She did in-depth research into our target group and taught us new surprising things. She guided us in a very professional and yet very personal way. She came up with fun challenges and creative ways to bring out our identity. She involved all the necessary stakeholders, so that it really became OUR story.
And above all: she not only listened very attentively, but also looked very carefully at how we behave and express ourselves. She translated this into three concepts that are spot-on and about which you will see more in the near future.
In short: do you want to sharpen your brand? In a way that goes beyond classic brand thinking? Are you looking for someone who really understands what it's like to work from purpose?
